How to make a Signature in Zimbra

In the images that follow, the username and account information of an IT employee was used for demonstration purposes. Please replace these entries with your individual information where appropriate.

Please note that this procedure details how to add/change/update your signature in the Zimbra Web Interface.
This signature will not be added to any mail sent through programs like Thunderbird.
It will only be appended to messages sent directly from the web interface.

Go to the Preferences tab in Zimbra
Click on Signatures
Click on Edit
Enter a name for your signature
Type your signature in the box
When done, push the SAVE button in the top left of the screen

To make this signature your default signature, go to the Accounts tab under Preferences

Scroll to the bottom of this screen
Select the signature you just created in the pop-up menu -- SAS in this example
Push the Save button in the top left of the screen

You can have multiple signatures and choose among them when sending a message
