How to set up and remove mail forwarding

If you experience trouble while using these instructions, please submit a Work Order.

In the images that follow, the username and account information of an IT employee was used for demonstration purposes.
Please replace these entries with your individual information where appropriate.

Go to the Preferences tab in Zimbra
Select the Mail tab

Scroll down to Receiving Messages
In the text box near "Forward a copy to," enter an email address
Decide if you want to keep a copy of the email on the Zimbra Server (usually you would not keep a local copy)
Push the SAVE button near the upper left portion of the screen
