How to set a vacation message in Zimbra

If you experience trouble while using these instructions, please submit a Work Order.

In the images that follow, the username and account information of an IT employee was used for demonstration purposes.
Please replace these entries with your individual information where appropriate.

Go to the Preferences tab in Zimbra
Select the Mail tab

Scroll down to Receiving Messages
Click on the Check Box Send Auto Reply Message
Put in a message that you want sent
Optionally, you can set a start and end dates so the message will activate and deactivate automatically.
Push the SAVE button on the left of the screen
